TYPES OF SERVICES WITHIN THE PROJECT
- Psychosocial assistance – individual workshops
Individual psychosocial assistance workshops are held for 4 hours a week. The workshops focus on emotional stability, the development of social skills, behaviour management, building self-confidence and encouraging positive functioning. An individual work plan is drawn up for each child, which is regularly monitored and adapted to their needs.
- Day support programme (4 hours every day)
A Day Support Programme lasting 4 hours will be held every day in Ilok. The activities include professional and other assistance to meet the basic and additional life needs of children, the development of daily routines, social and communication skills, responsible behaviour and independence. The programme combines organised activities, free play, emotional regulation and socialisation, and provides a predictable and safe environment.
- Empowerment, psychosocial and rehabilitation support programmes
Once a week, cycles of workshops lasting 4 hours will be held. The activities include creative, art, dance and sports activities, STEM workshops, experiential education, home economics and other developmental programmes aimed at strengthening cognitive, social and communication skills. The children will be divided into a younger and an older group, and each group takes part for 1.5–2 hours.
Help with learning will be held twice a week for 4 hours, individually or in small groups, with support in mastering school material, doing homework and developing work habits.
For this activity, weekly and monthly schedules of workshops and activities will be drawn up and published on the websites of the applicant and the partner, so that parents and professionals can follow the dates and enrol children in good time. The schedules will be updated regularly to ensure the availability and clarity of the programme.
